Does anyone know the title of a video that featured a young African American boy who drowned and was treated as a spinal injury by his three white lifeguards?  They were accused of it being racial motivated.

  Touched By a Drowning. Can only be found in the ILTP Blended course i believe. I lost my DVD a couple years back and was sad i couldnt get another.
