Hello! 

I trying to add a new facilty (Wake Forest) but it looks like I don't have an account that matches. Do I need to add a new account and then I can add a new facility? If so how do I add an account?

  Hello, 

  You can add as many facilities to an account as you need, no need to have a matching account.
  Add a new facility to one of your accounts by pressing the "+ Add Facility" button here.
