How to reset your password

Visit https://app.pectora.com and press the Reset link next to Forgot password.

Enter the email address associated with your Pectora account and press the E-mail new password button.

Check your email for the message from Pectora containing the link to reset your password. When you receive the message, click the link.

The link brings you to a one-time login page that allows you to reset your password. Press the Log in button.

This link can only be used one time, so it's essential that you save a new password.

Scroll down until you locate the Password field and enter a new password in both the Password and Confirm password fields.

After you've entered your new password in both fields, press the Save button.

If you've followed the steps above but still can't reset your password, submit a support ticket.
