Computer Usage & Cookies
We recommend using your own computer / device on Pectora. If using a shared computer, please be sure to log out completely when you're done. Before starting a new session, quit the web browser and then return to Pectora to log in. Quitting the web browser removes any cookies that may still be present from the previous users session.
If you encounter an issue, please try the following:
- Log out
- Quit / close the web browser (if using a Mac, be sure to quit the browser, not just close the window)
- Log back in
