How to complete a lifeguard instructor class registration – Pectora

NOTE: the admin team member role is required to complete a lifeguard instructor registration.

To complete a lifeguard instructor class registration, click Instructor Classes in the main navigation, find the instructor class you want, then click the Class id to view the instructor class page.

From the instructor class page, press the green Register Now button to open the registration form.

Registration for a new candidate

Select New Participant
Select the Account the registration belongs to
Enter the first and last name, email address, mobile phone and shirt size of the participant
Press the green Continue to Payment button
Select the Payment method you want to use (invoice your account, or pay with a credit card)
If paying with a credit card, enter the credit card information

Press the green Pay button to complete the registration.

Registration for a renewal candidate

Select Renewal Participant
Select the Account the candidate is associated with
Select the Participant from the list
Press the green Continue to Payment button
Select the Payment method you want to use (invoice your account, or pay with a credit card)
If paying with a credit card, enter the credit card information
