What is online registration?

NOTE: the account team member role is required to manage classes.

Online registration lets you delegate the task of adding participants to your roster, to the participant. When enabled, a registration page is automatically created for the class. This page can be public or private, determined by the "Registration is public" option. If your account has Stripe Connect configured, a "Tickets" section is shown giving you even greater flexibility, including the ability to sell tickets (registrations).

The registration page includes class information, the course syllabus, preparation suggestions, a button to message instructors, and a button to register. Completing the registration places the individual on your class roster and triggers their enrollment notifications.

To enable online registration for one of your classes, visit the class roster, then press the edit tab. Scroll down until you see "Online registration" and check it. To limit the number of registrations allowed for the class, enter a number in the capacity field. Save the class.

When viewing the roster of a class with Online registration enabled, the Registration link section contains buttons to view the registration page and share the link via email.
